Transom Capital Group-backed SemiTorr (www.semitorrinc.com) today announced that it has acquired McKenna Engineering & Equipment Co., Inc. (“McKenna”) (https://mckennaengineering.com), which serves industrial and food & beverage customers throughout California and Nevada. This is SemiTorr’s third add-on acquisition since being acquired by Transom Capital Group, a leading operations-focused middle market private equity firm, in December 2018.

Tualatin-based distributor SemiTorr (www.semitorrinc.com) today announced that it has acquired the distribution businesses of Aztech (www.aztechcontrols.com), headquartered in Chandler, AZ, which serve high purity and industrial markets throughout the southwestern United States. AzTech’s distribution businesses will be integrated into SemiTorr’s Southwest regional operations. Aztech’s manufacturing business (Aztech Systems) and Teknipure cleanroom consumables will remain as part of Aztech.
